Olivier NARCY, Chief EMEA Sales & Global Customer Relations Officer
Driving Growth and the Guest Experience
Olivier Narcy is a cornerstone of PONANT’s leadership team. A graduate in Law and Political Science from ESCP Paris, he joined the company in 2015 and has since played a key role in expanding its international presence and enhancing its high-end service standards.
Narcy oversees sales strategies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa while managing global customer relations. He is a strong advocate for the “hyper-luxury” sector, focusing on deepening ties with trade partners through initiatives like the Seminar@Sea program. Passionate about maritime innovation, he also champions new concepts such as the Spirit of Ponant catamaran fleet, which offers intimate, flexible expeditions to remote destinations.
His vision ensures that as PONANT grows, the guest experience remains personalized, seamless, and deeply rooted in the spirit of exploration.
