The latest pick by Maison Corica is a coffee with a truly astonishing taste. This micro-lot from the « district » of Kochere in Ethiopia has been grown at an altitude of between 2100 and 2300 meters. The coffee obtains its extraordinary, incomparable red fruit notes through a natural drying process. This process consists of sun-drying the coffee beans inside the coffee cherries over a period of up to 3 weeks. This still rarely used technique increases the sweetness and body of the beans. Our Kochere makes for a sublime cup of coffee, coating your mouth with a long-lasting blackcurrant, blueberry and strawberry aftertaste. The coffee can be tasted and bought in both CORICA shops.
