Alvaro Palacios is one of the notorious architects of the Spanish wine revolution of the 1980s.

A pioneer in the Priorat region where he created his own estate in 1989, he produces dark, powerful and concentrated wines with incredible minerality whose success was immediate. Active today in three distinct regions, Priorat, Bierzo and Rioja, Alvaro Palacios has greatly contributed to the development of Spanish wines, following the example of his father Remondo Palacios who made Rioja wines famous.
