Mother’s Day Collection 2022: Charles Kaisin X Pierre Marcolini

Long-time accomplices Pierre Marcolini and Charles Kaisin have combined their passion for design and exceptional taste.
They are pleased to unveil a 100% Belgian display of creativity & knowhow for Mother’s Day, presented in a limited edition box.
From the first confinement two years ago, Belgian designer Charles Kaisin has been the mind behind “Origami For Life”– a participative social project. Kaisin called on individuals to contribute to a monumental art piece. For every origami submitted, a donation was made to the fight against Covid-19 Kaisin has a long-standing association with his friend and compatriot Pierre Marcolini, designing numerous collections for the chocolatier. In turn, Marcolini has collaborated with the designer for many of his “Surrealist Dinners”.

For this special collaboration, the chocolatier created 3 chocolate origami crafted in white, milk, and dark chocolate.
Each piece has a soft praline centre of lemon, hazelnut, or salted butter caramel.
Kaisin’s origami birds have already been displayed in cities around the world: Brussels, Paris, Marseille, London, Venice… even as far as Santiago in Chili!

Charles and Pierre are proud to share their latest collaboration bringing love, friendship, and good will to be unveiled for spring this year. Both creators invite you to make your own origami figures by following instructions included in the box.
