Chef Lionel Rigolet has just launched his new menu for the months of February and March. A fine combination of classics paying tribute to the previous generations, and new contemporary creations by the Chef himself. Among the menu, the famous Black truffles as I like them, his wife Laurence’s favorite dish, as well as a Homemade pastrami terrine with truffled duck foie gras and the Burgaud’s Challandais duck fillet lacquered with Asado mixture. Delicacies to be discovered à la carte or within the 5-6-7 course menu. For the release of the new menu, the House Sommelier studied every single detail of the dishes to select the best wines pairing possible to make the experience event more exceptional.
