The Maison Pierre Marcolini is setting off for Italy with its new Dolce Vita collection.
Small Frisson pots
Ice cream, made with fresh milk from Colyn Farm in the Belgian Ardennes and 100% organic creme fraiche from Fromagerie de Herve or Sorbets bursting with fruit coulis and paired with crisp chocolate leaves.
The Maison Pierre Marcolini ice cream masters present Stracciatella in millefeuille form: ice cream or sorbet layered upon sheets of Grand Cru chocolate for that irresistible crunch.
The collection is filled with flavour, from the delicate aroma of Madagascan vanilla, creamy coconut and gourmet Piedmont hazelnut, to soft caramel, tangy raspberry and powerful chocolate.

For the first time, the Maison brings you the full ice cream experience with its exquisite ice creams mixed fresh in selected boutiques.
These instant frissons are perfect for any moment of the day. Each flavour has its own dedicated mixer, finely tuned to bring out the lightest aromas and assure perfect creaminess.
